How do I book a tour?

You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred tour and choosing an available date and time. The booking process is handled by Cal.com, our scheduling partner, and payments are processed securely through Stripe.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Can I pay in cash on the day of the tour?

No, all bookings must be paid for in advance through our online booking system to secure your spot so that we have a guarantee we should allocate a tuk-tuk for you. This helps us manage our tour schedule efficiently.

Are your tours guided?

Every tour comes with a local guide who actually lives and breathes Lisbon. We'll share the stories behind what you're seeing, point out things you'd never notice on your own, and answer all your questions about our city.

What languages are available for the tours?

Our tours are available in English, Portuguese and Spanish. If you require a different language, please contact us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Will I be sitting in the tuk-tuk for the entire tour duration?

Our tours always include stops at viewpoints and monuments along the way, so you won't be sitting in the tuk-tuk for the full 2 hours. These stops are a great opportunity to stretch your legs, take photos, grab a snack, or use the restroom if needed.

What happens if it rains during our scheduled tour?

Our tuk-tuks have covers that can be used in case of light rain. However, for heavy rain or severe weather conditions, we offer the option to reschedule your tour or receive a full refund if rescheduling isn't possible.

What type of vehicles do you use for your tours?

We drive eco-friendly electric tuk-tuks with vintage Ford Model T styling. They're perfect for Lisbon's narrow, hilly streets and give you that open-air feeling so you can really experience the city. Plus, they're quiet and don't pollute, which we love.

How many people can fit in one tuk-tuk?

Each tuk-tuk fits 4 people comfortably. Got a bigger group? No problem - we can arrange multiple tuk-tuks so everyone gets to enjoy the ride. Just reach out to us for group arrangements.

Are your tours suitable for children?

Absolutely! Kids love the tuk-tuk experience, and parents love not having to carry tired little ones up Lisbon's hills. Children need to be with adults, and we don't have car seats, so bring a portable one if you need it for very young kids.

Where do tours start and end?

We meet at Hard Rock Cafe in downtown Lisbon - super easy to find and get to. Need us to pick you up somewhere else in the city? Just let us know when booking. There's a 20€ charge for custom pickups, but sometimes it's worth it for the convenience.

Should I bring anything specific for the tour?

Sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses are your best friends, especially in summer. In winter, throw on a light jacket - Lisbon's breeze can be refreshing but chilly. Oh, and definitely bring your camera or phone for photos!

Are your tuk-tuks accessible for people with mobility issues?

Our tuk-tuks require a small step to enter and exit. While we strive to accommodate all guests, those with severe mobility limitations might find it challenging. Please contact us in advance to discuss your specific needs, and we'll do our best to assist.

Can you create a custom tour for my group?

Are you a licensed tour operator?

Yes, we're a fully licensed Portuguese tour operator registered with Turismo de Portugal (RNAAT - National Registry of Tourist Animation Agents) and members of ANCAT (National Association of Tourist Animation Drivers). We comply with all Portuguese tourism regulations and safety standards.

Are we insured during the tour?

Absolutely! All passengers are covered by comprehensive mandatory Portuguese tourism insurance during your tour. This includes €25,000 personal accident coverage and €4,500 medical treatment coverage per person, plus €62,500 public liability insurance through Generali Seguros.

What happens if there's an accident during the tour?

Your safety is our priority. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage through Generali Seguros, and all passengers are protected by mandatory tourism insurance. Our guides are trained in safety protocols, and we maintain our tuk-tuks to high standards. In the unlikely event of an incident, you're fully covered.

What certifications do your drivers have?

All our drivers hold valid Portuguese tourism animation licenses and undergo mandatory training required to operate tuk-tuks for tourism activities. We're members of ANCAT (National Association of Tourist Animation Drivers), which represents the business interests of professional tourism drivers in Portugal.
